Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to customers who purchase products through the UrbanLoria online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). After receiving the product, customers may request a return or exchange according to the terms described in this policy.

We allow a maximum processing cycle of up to 35 days for the entire return or exchange process for the following reasons:

  • Return shipping and warehouse receipt may require additional time

Therefore, the entire return and refund process may take up to approximately 35 days to ensure proper inspection and processing.

You should return the product to the designated address and wait for confirmation after it is received.

After inspection and verification, we will arrange the shipment of the replacement product within 1–3 business days.
