Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed and paid for through the UrbanLoria online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). If a customer needs to cancel an order after placing it, the request may be submitted according to the terms described below.

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Customers may request an order cancellation under the following conditions:

1) Within 48 Hours After Order Placement and Before Shipment

If the order is placed within 48 hours and has not yet been shipped, customers may submit a cancellation request.

2) More Than 48 Hours After Order Placement or Order Already Shipped

If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping process, the order can no longer be canceled directly.

In this situation, customers may wait until the package is delivered and then contact us to request a return and refund.

2. Order Cancellation Process

• Payment confirmation

• Relevant order information

Our customer service team will review the request. If the cancellation request is approved, we will notify you promptly and arrange the refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be returned to the payment card used during checkout (such as Visa or MasterCard).

Refund Processing Time

Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
